Ice Storm

The day after our big snow storm we have an ice storm.  Every leave and branch is covered in ice.  The ground is covered in ice and it is so slippery.  They girls are begging me to take them to McDonalds.  There are branches in the pine trees crashing to the ground all around us.  We have had a few power outages.  Schools are still closed everywhere.

I'm really not sure why Nicole could not wait to put pants on before she ran outside.

It took forever to get the ice and snow layer off my car.  There was about a 1/2 inch of ice that I had to break off before I could get to the snow layer.  The doors are frozen shut.
