Honoring Those Who Served

After church today, we went to visit a memorial in honor of the four police officers ambushed and killed in a coffee shop a week ago in Parkland, WA. There are all kinds of things there (stuffed animals, balloons, flowers, letters to the families, etc...). This coffee shop is about 5 or 6 miles from our house. The memorial service will be Tuesday, Dec 8th. They expect the funeral procession to be 10 miles long. These pictures were taken outside the coffee shop.
